Points System

Points System Overview

Earning Points

Points are earned by interacting with the app content, including reading monetization news and completing educational activities.

Using Points

Points can only be used to unlock in-app VIP educational content such as Google AdX Monetization Classes.

Points System Restrictions

No Monetary Value: Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
Non-Transferable: Points cannot be withdrawn, traded, or sold to other users
No External Purchase: Points cannot be topped up or purchased with real money
App-Only Use: Points can only be used within the Lotaya Dinga app

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the Lotaya Dinga app:

System Manipulation: Attempt to hack, modify, reverse engineer, or manipulate the points system or app functionality
Account Sharing/Selling: Sell, share, transfer, or trade your account credentials with any third party
Harmful Content: Upload, post, or distribute any harmful, illegal, abusive, or inappropriate content
Service Misuse: Misuse the app in any way that harms the company, other users, or violates applicable laws
Automated Access: Use bots, scripts, or automated methods to interact with the app or earn points

Consequences of Violation

Violation of these prohibited activities may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice.

Important: Account suspension or termination due to terms violation will not entitle you to any refund, points compensation, or account recovery.

Content Ownership

Intellectual Property Rights

All content in the Lotaya Dinga app, including but not limited to lessons, articles, videos, graphics, designs, and educational materials, is the exclusive property of Mandalay Ads, LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

What You CAN Do

  • Use content for personal education
  • Apply knowledge to your own projects

What You CANNOT Do

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content
  • Resell or commercialize app materials

Termination

Account Termination Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service, engaged in fraudulent activities, or otherwise misused the Lotaya Dinga app.

Termination Consequences

  • Immediate loss of access to the app and all content
  • Forfeiture of all accumulated points and VIP access
  • No refunds or compensation for terminated accounts
  • Potential legal action for serious violations
